Joyce K. Roulo
1940-2015
BOLIVAR - Joyce K. Roulo 75, of 1025 Coyle Road passed away on Thursday December 24, 2015 at the
Olean General Hospital. Joyce was born February 27, 1940 in Richburg, NY to Lute and Nina Cass Kuhn.
In 1958, Joyce married Robert Roulo in Richburg; Mr. Roulo survives.
She was a 1958 graduate of the Bolivar Central School. Joyce was a former employee of AVX Corp. in
Olean, Pizza Hut Restaurant in Wellsville, the Belmont Truck Stop for twenty five years, and the Dandy
Mart Stores in Ceres and Eldred, PA. She also was a custodian at Faith Bible Church Little Genesee and
was most recently employed at the Shop-n-Save in Bolivar.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are three sons; Robert (Vickie White) Roulo, Richburg; David
Roulo, Bolivar; and Michael (Jill) Roulo, Bolivar and her eight grandchildren and thirteen great
grandchildren. Joyce is also survived by two sisters; Betty Kerr, Duke Center, PA; and Julie (Dan)
Baldwin, Little Genesee, as well as several nieces and nephews. Joyce was preceded in death by two
brothers and one sister, Eugene and Donald Kuhn, and Donna Higby.
Friends may call on Monday, December 28th 2-4PM and 7-9PM at the Schaffner Funeral Home, Inc. in
Bolivar. Funeral services will be held at the Schaffner Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday, December 29th at
11AM, officiated by Pastor David Herne of the Heritage AFlame Ministries.
