Neddra L. Latten 74 of 500 East Spring Street and a former Little Genesee resident passed away on Friday
March 9, 2018 in the Buffalo General Hospital following a brief illness. Born September 1, 1943 in Erie PA,
she was the daughter of Rapheal “Ray” and Cora Castle Stark. Neddra was formerly married to Richard L.
Gould and Dale R. Latten. She was a member of the Bolivar Fire Department Auxiliary and was an avid
bingo player.
Surviving are four sons; Rick (Kris) Gould Bolivar, Richard (Sharon Green) Gould Eldred PA, Russell (Janet)
Gould Mechanicsville VA, Ned (Miranda) Gould Bolivar and seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
Also surviving are eight sisters; Corrine Sanzo Houston TX, Joanne (Jack) Brown Katy TX,
Jean (David) Newman Menifee CA, Corliss (Robert) Sherwood Olean, Edna George Olean, Patty (George)
Tarr Texas, Jackie (Richard) Golladay Knott’s Island NC and Katie (Peter) Latorre South Park PA as well as
numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Raphael Stark Jr.
Friends may call at the Schaffner Funeral Home Inc. Bolivar on Saturday March 17, 2018 from 11 AM-
1PM. A memorial service will follow visitation at 1 PM. Fr. Sean DiMaria, pastor of St. Mary’s Church will
officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Bolivar.
