Richard C. Fulton 83 of 98 Plum St. passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday December 31, 2018.
Born December 5, 1935 in Bradford PA, he was the son of Clarence O. and Mildred Schultz Fulton. Richard
married Edwina “Tillie” Cowles on July 24, 1955 in Bolivar. Mrs. Fulton preceded him in death on July 7,
2004.
Dick was a graduate of the Bolivar Central School class of 1953. He was employed by the former CE Air
Preheater Co. Wellsville for many years prior to his retirement.
Surviving are five children, Patricia Allen Milton FL, Susan (Michael) DeBarbieri Portville, Richard D. Fulton
Rochester, Karen (Don Skinner) Oliver Bolivar and David Fulton Round Hill VA. Also surviving are ten
grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Canary.
Private family funeral services will be held at the Schaffner Funeral Home Inc. Bolivar on Friday January 4,
2019. Rev. Al Batt will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery Bolivar.
