Gary L. Steiner 63 of 7698 County Road 40 passed away on Tuesday December 14, 2021 in Mercy Hospital
Buffalo following a brief illness. Born on August 6, 1958 in Cuba, he was the son of George and Mary
McKeel Steiner.
Gary was employed by the Town of Wirt Highway Department for thirty years retiring in 2004. Gary
enjoyed racing Mini Stock Cars at the Bradford PA Speedway and working in his garage on anything with a
motor.
Surviving are two daughters, Brooke (Joshuwa Paster) Steiner West Clarksville and Melissa (William)
Barnes Elma NY; his mother Mary Steiner Bolivar; four grandchildren, Jerritt, Alex, Owen and Jocelyn; two
brothers, Carl Steiner West Clarksville and John Steiner St. Marys PA; two sisters, Merri Miller West
Clarksville and Georgia Steiner West Clarksville. He was preceded in death by his father George Steiner; a
sister Sherri L. Anderson and twin brothers.
Friends may call at the Schaffner Funeral Home Inc. Bolivar on Friday 5-7 P.M.
Burial will be in West Genesee Cemetery Obi, NY.
