Guinevere I. Nobles 101 of 7247 Kossuth Road passed away on Saturday October 30, 2021 in the
Wellsville Manor Care Center following a brief illness. Born on April 29, 1920 in Shinglehouse PA, she was
the daughter of Peter and Allie Chaffee Henderson. Guinevere married Lyle Nobles on October 5, 1940 in
Richburg, Mr. Nobles preceded her in death on September 10, 2011.
She was a graduate of Shinglehouse PA High School class of 1938. Guinevere was baptized in the
Shinglehouse Baptist Church and was a member of the church. She loved spending time with family and
her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Guinevere had a great life with her husband and family, and
loved the Lord.
Surviving are four children, Gary (Carol) Nobles Columbus NC, Carole (Jack) Jandrew Sheffield PA, Linda
Nobles Bolivar and Donald (Sharon Wardner) Nobles Bolivar. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and
seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Kenneth, William, Wayne, Clair, and Ned Henderson and one
sister Lucile Nobles.
There will be no prior visitation. Private family services will be held in the Schaffner Funeral Home Inc.
Bolivar on Thursday November 4, 2021. Pastor Marlin Miller of the Kossuth Community Chapel officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery Bolivar.
