What type of service should I select?
Whether families request burial, cremation, entombment or body donation, an appropriate service can be designed that will honor their loved ones memory and help with the transition and grief process that every family experiences.
Traditional Service
Typically this refers to a wake or visitation followed by a funeral service at the church or funeral home. Every family we serve has different needs and requests in dealing with the death of a loved one. The selections made by families come from family traditions, religious, military honors, fraternal rites or civic club services. We help every family seamlessly incorporate these decisions into a meaningful service. A typical traditional service may include the following:
- Bringing family and friends together to pay their last respects.
- Arranging visitation and viewing at the funeral home, church or private residence.
- Providing a funeral ceremony at a place of your choice with clergy or other official to oversee the service.
- Include a procession to the cemetery for a final commital service.
You can personalize a traditional service through the use of mementos, photographs, music or eulogies by friends or family members.
Limited Service
Memorial visitation and memorial service to follow in a church, funeral home, private residence or graveside. All military honors are still available to famililies selecting limited services.
